Romalene Tolentino has been the President of PMSI since its inception in March 2000. Prior to PMSI, Romalene was the Managing Partner of QMCI, a mortgage banking consulting firm, for four years. Romalene has worked in fields related to mortgage loan servicing specializing in Investor Accounting and Account Reconciliation throughout her career.
The core key business strategy of PMSI is to provide consulting services to our clients which encompass reorganizing their operations, implementing corrective measures, training staff, and developing policies and procedures for various servicing functions which deliver measurable and profitable results.
Our Consultants
PMSI's professional consultants consistently deliver measurable, profit enhancing results based on their comprehensive knowledge of mortgage servicing for both Primary and Master Servicers.
Our seasoned consultants have held front line and executive management positions with the industry leaders in mortgage banking. They have spent years specializing in the areas of Investor Reporting, Account Reconciliation, Default, Conversion, Acquisition, Due Diligence, Systems, Operations, and Loan Administration. Moreover, they are adept at using Fidelity, MortgageServ, Excelis, LSAMS, and SBO2000, along with other servicing and proprietary systems.
Each of our consultants undergo a comprehensive screening and skills evaluation before joining PMSI. They are industry specialists with verifiable track records with whom we have established long standing relationships. Our consultants have on average 10 years experience in all facets of loan servicing, with an average of 15 years experience in the areas of Investor Accounting and Account Reconciliation.
